Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
  

  • One roll of croissant dough
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • Chives optional
  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Fry bacon until almost done
  2. Heat oven to 375F
  3. Finely chop onion and add it to bacon
  4. In a bowl mix eggs, cream and sour cream. Season with pepper.
  5. You can switch between the two creams depending on how heavy you want the quiche to be.
  6. Roll out dough in spring form or quiche dish if you have one. This takes a bit of massaging.
  7. Put bacon/onion on bottom, optionally you can add a layer of cheese if you wish.
  8. Add egg mixture evenly and pop it in the center of the oven for about 30mins.
