Method
- Fry bacon until almost done
- Heat oven to 375F
- Finely chop onion and add it to bacon
- In a bowl mix eggs, cream and sour cream. Season with pepper.
- You can switch between the two creams depending on how heavy you want the quiche to be.
- Roll out dough in spring form or quiche dish if you have one. This takes a bit of massaging.
- Put bacon/onion on bottom, optionally you can add a layer of cheese if you wish.
- Add egg mixture evenly and pop it in the center of the oven for about 30mins.
